KANDL Shipping Policy

At this time, KANDL ships exclusively within the United States.
All retail orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, though delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or carrier-related issues.

We primarily ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which typically takes 2–4 additional business days for delivery within the 48 contiguous states. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary for reasons outside of our control.

At this time, USPS does not deliver to Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses. Orders placed to these destinations will be placed on hold or canceled.


Order Verification

To ensure accurate delivery, KANDL uses an address verification system.
If your shipping address cannot be confirmed, our team may reach out via email or phone for verification. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your order may be canceled and refunded automatically.

For orders exceeding a certain value, we may require additional verification to protect against fraudulent transactions. This process can delay shipment until confirmation is received.


Order Tracking & Liability

Once your package has left our facility and is in the possession of the carrier, KANDL is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for any delivery-related inquiries.

Attempting to cancel or dispute a charge after shipment will be treated as a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to restrict future purchases from customers engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Due to state regulations regarding hemp-derived cannabinoids, we are currently unable to ship to the following states:

  • Iowa

  • Mississippi

  • Montana

  • Nevada

  • North Dakota

  • Rhode Island

  • Utah

  • Virginia

  • Washington
